The Winter Blues Farmers Market, held in Charleston, WV, and in conjunction with the West Virginia Small Farm Conference in February, has become a top draw during cold winter months. During four hours of operation, thousands of shoppers from the Kanawha Valley and beyond shop a diverse array of products, all having an agricultural base. This event is free to the public. The Market has been proven quite successful for the past several years.
