POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. – A host of antique tractors will put their horsepower to the test during an Antique Tractor Pull 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6 at the West Virginia State Farm Museum (WVSFM). In addition, the museum will display two-million lights this year to celebrate the Christmas season starting December 5 through 20 from 6-9 p.m. each evening. The museum is located just north of Point Pleasant.

“The West Virginia State Farm Museum is a great in-state stop for any family during the holiday season. Between the seasonal events and the vast number of educational displays, it is a great resource for preserving West Virginia’s rich heritage,” said Commissioner of Agriculture Kent Leonhardt.

Admission to the light show is free, but donations in support of the non-profit museum are greatly appreciated. Santa will also be on hand to talk with the kids each Thursday through Sunday during the run of the light show. The WVSFM board is seeking volunteers to help decorate the grounds for the annual Christmas Light Show.
